Do you support Recorded Streaming or Live Streaming?

Do you all have any ready docs on how to do streaming on your site? Anybody can upload an MP3 file and serve it as a static content, what I'm looking for is how do you load it into your streaming interfaces?

Can you describe for me exactly what you're trying to accomplish? Are you wanting to do actual live streaming (ie, real-time), or recorded streaming?

Hostek hosts 2 of my websites.

One was commercially designed and I believe is Linus use mySQL.
The other is Basic hosting and have used Sitemaker to create w website.

How do I load some vdieos of my wife's Dance Group , so that we can tell the members of the Group to go to these sites so they can evaluate their routines?
