How to Make a Screenshot
In case a support representative asks you for a screenshot of something on your computer (eg. Web page error, Email client settings, etc), here is a handy guide from Microsoft.com about making screenshots:

Please note, this guide has you make a .bmp image within Paint, but for emailing images please select the .jpg or .png file extension in Paint.

Easy Screen shot steps
Hello everyone, to make a screenshot; 1st use the Button "Print Screen SysRq" ,then 2nd open the "Paint" application that you can find it in START button and then click the the bar "Search a Programs and files" and then last is PASTE it into the Paint or simply right click then paste. After that, you can save it if you want to save your screen-shot file.
