    Default Access denied when uploading file vis FTP

    I am unable to upload files via FTP. I have confirmed the user has read and write permissions.

    Here is the log.

    Response: 230 User myuser logged in.
    Status: Server does not support non-ASCII characters.
    Status: Connected
    Status: Starting upload of /tmp/test.txt
    Command: CWD /foo
    Response: 250 CWD command successful.
    Command: PWD
    Response: 257 "/foo" is current directory.
    Command: TYPE A
    Response: 200 Type set to A.
    Command: PASV
    Response: 227 Entering Passive Mode (216,198,218,203,10,218).
    Command: STOR test.txt
    Response: 550 test.txt: Access is denied.
    Error: Critical file transfer error
    Status: Disconnected from server

    For this type of issue it would be best to contact support directly by browsing to and submitting a ticket. Please provide us the domain you are trying to connect to along with the FTP user and password so we can run some tests from our side.
