Hello all!

I have a Linux hosting, and I need to set up SSL certs for one of sites (www.nauticed.org). How can I do it?

I uploaded my signed certs for this sites by SSL/TLS Manager, but there isnt any installing tool. In some place I read that on your hosting installation is performed automatically after cert uploading, but I still cant use www.nauticed.org by https, I got not my certs, but hostek's certs.

Also found install script by url "/frontend/x3/ssl/install.html", tryed use it:
1. chose www.nauticed.org domain,
2. all necessary data was fetched and filled automatically by SSL Installer,
3. pressed Install button, but got error "Your SSL certificate failed to install on your site.
Error from ssl wrapper: Sorry, you must have a dedicated ip to use this feature for the user: bongabon! If you are intending to install a shared certificate you must use the username "nobody" for security and bandwidth reporting reasons"

I wrote to support by Contact Form (/frontend/x3/contact/contactinfo.html), but still havent any response.

Any help would be appreciated,
Thanks!

Igor, It appears that your domain "nauticed.org" is an add on domain, cPanel is not designed to allow add on domains to have a static IP address, and a static IP address is needed for an SSL certificate. You would need to set this account up on its own hosting plan in order to have a static IP address assigned to it for the SSL certificate. Once you have this set up and a static IP address assigned to this please follow the link below to our cpanel tutorials and view the tutorial named "Generating and Installing SSL certificates".
