Default How do I add links to files (eg. PDF) to my Web page?

If you want to add links to files (such as PDF documents or MP3 files) to your Web page, use the following steps:

    1. Log into Sitemaker and click 'edit' next to your page
    2. In the edit window select the link you wish to update and click the "Link" button
    3. A small window will pop up. In the "text to display" box, type the name you wish to appear in the link.
    4. Select the radio button for "My Files"
    5. Now you can upload one of your files by clicking the "Choose File" button, then clicking the upload button once you find the file.
    6. Once the file has uploaded, it will appear in the "My Files" window. Click the blue link to the right of the file name to insert the link into the page.

You will need to do this for each file you have to upload. When you are finished, click the "Preview Changes" button then click "Approve" on the next page. Once you are back at the "Website Manager" click the "Publish" button, then choose to publish recent changes. Your links will now be visible on your site.
