Once you have placed a webhosting order you will receive three emails.

A.Welcome email

This email just thanks you for ordering and provides you with your billing control panel login information.

B.Customer Invoice

This email has all your invoice information, where to pay and what will happen.

C.Order Received

This email just lets you know we have received your order. It includes details on your order and what to do next.


- Your account will be verified and setup shortly. We will send you the account details once completed.
This will usually be complete within the hour depending on the work load. You may receive a call from one of
our staff members in regards to your order. Depending on if we get in contact with you or not could determine how long
it takes to get your order setup. We strive to put our customers first and will try our hardest to have this process
complete with all the account details sent to you at our earliest convenience.

Upon completion you will receive your New Hosting Account Information.

This will include the following informatiom.

- Control panel information to manage your domain
- DNS information and instructions
- FTP information and instructions
- Email account information to manage your domain

You can begin uploading/publishing files to your new web site immediately upon receiving this email.
