How do I cancel my hosting with your company.

I sent a support ticket, but the response on pointed me to the forum board.

When I do a search for "cancel", I get the following web page:
http://forum.hostek.com/showthread.p...ghlight=cancel

This only mentions cancelling from another web site to bring hosting to yours.

The cancellation is done via your billing control panel, our support team just sent you an email with additional details.
