Can I use SiteMaker on one subdomain?

I would like to try SiteMaker on one subdomain so that:

1) Nothing else in my domain is affected.
2) If I want to stop using SiteMaker, I can delete my subdomain.

Is this possible?

Yes this is possible, when submitting your request to support.hostek.com once your ready for this to be activated and to publish your account, please be sure to let us know that this is to be set for a subdomain and which subdomain this is for.
